"I am interested in your services, how do I go about booking a consultation with you and what happens next?"

If you are interested in booking a telephone consultation, you can either fill out a form by clicking on the "Interested? Click Here!" button or you can call/message directly on 07808 697194.

 

During a consultation, you will be asked a series of questions so that Kai's K9 School can find out a bit of information out about you and your dog as well as the type of training that you are looking for. This usually takes 15-30 minutes and comes free of charge.

 

After that, a date will be organised to conduct a meet n' greet/assessment of your dog. This normally takes place in the dog's home environment but on some occasions, you may be asked to meet at an arranged place with the trainer. If the meet n' greet/assessment takes place in the dog's home environment, you are asked to put the dog away in a secure place before the trainers arrival and later on bring the dog out on a leash under the instruction of the trainer.

Once the meet n' greet/assessment is finished, you will then sit down with the trainer and discuss the training packages in which the trainer feels best fit for your dog and their needs.

You will then be shown some documents in which will need to be read and signed. These documents will consist of the following: a contract agreement, terms and conditions and a media release form.

Once all of the documents have been read and signed, the trainer will then ask for payment of the agreed package of training sessions - this payment is to be made in full and can be accepted by bank transfer or cash. You will be provided with an invoice once payment has been received.

After payment has been received, a date will then be arranged between you and the trainer for your dog's first 1:1 training session - the training sessions can last up to an hour but the duration of each session length depends on the individual dog.
